• 6 inch — $98–$168 (serves 6–8)
• 8 inch — $138–$188 (serves 8–12)
• 10 inch — $188–$258 (serves 12–18)
• 4 inch + 6 inch — $138–$228 (serves 10–12)
• 6 inch + 8 inch — $208–$288 (serves 16–26)
