Custom Cake Policy 定制蛋糕须知

ORDERING 下单须知
- All custom cakes must be ordered at least 5–7 days in advance. Last-minute orders may not be accepted.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order.
- Please provide your design reference photos when placing your order.

DESIGN 设计须知
- We will do our best to recreate your design, but the final product may vary slightly from reference photos.
- Minor adjustments to design may be made to ensure the best quality outcome.
- Colour shades may vary depending on the medium.

FLAVOURS 口味选择
- Standard flavours included in base price: Strawberry, Pineapple, Oreo, Chocolate & Strawberry, Chocolate & Oreo
- Premium flavours (+$20): Chestnut, Milk Tea

PICKUP 取货须知
- Please inspect your cake upon pickup.
- Once the cake has left our shop, we are not responsible for any damage caused during transport.
- Cakes must be kept refrigerated and consumed within 2 days.

CANCELLATION 取消政策
- Cancellations made 72+ hours before pickup: deposit refunded as store credit only.
- Cancellations within 72 hours: no refund.
- No-shows: no refund.

ALLERGY NOTICE 过敏原提示
- Our cakes contain or may contain: milk, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, nuts.
- Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.
- We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
